HIGHLIGHTING THE HOPSITALITY INDUSTRY’S COMMITMENT TO GUEST SAFETY

Toronto’s hospitality industry has always placed a high priority on guest safety and that commitment has taken on new importance in following public health practices over the course of the pandemic.

Destination Toronto is gathering stories of policy and procedures put in place by businesses during the pandemic to showcase them to the community. Please help us show how your business is prioritizing guest safety.

Some examples may be:

  • Reduced capacity
  • Managed traffic flow
  • A commitment to masks
  • Contactless experiences
  • Rigorous sanitization

We’ve created a form so that you can send us images and descriptions of ways your businesses is continuing to put you guests safety as a priority. These images will be used in our ongoing communications to promote the safe guest experiences you are creating.

Thank you for the work you have been doing through a tremendously challenging time.
