DT has Received Bronze Level GreenStep Certification
The sustainability committee is using GreenStep to help identify areas to improve the sustainability of Destination Toronto’s business practices. DT has received a bronze level certification (46%) - a step in the right direction! Stay tuned for more.
The I.D.E.A.S. Guide
In Nov the Marketing team launched the I.D.E.A.S. Guide, a resource for meeting professionals for planning DEI-conscious, accessible and sustainability-minded events.
Our office will remain open for all regular business days between December 27 to December 29. Refer to Tanya’s email for more details.
Intranet Industry Calendar
We’re working to update the Industry calendar on the Intranet. Please take a look at the 2024 calendar and let Rebecca know if you think we are missing any dates.
The Elfster gift exchange is back this year! Participating staff will be randomly assigned a name and are encouraged to purchase a toy (under $20) as if they were buying a toy for the child version of their giftee.
DT is moving from Zoom to VoIP.ms in the coming weeks. VoIP.ms has similar capabilities to Zoom but is more cost effective. More information will be provided soon. Reach out to Tom with any questions.
