The Annual performance review process is underway. Self-reflections are available in Culture Amp and are due to be completed by Jan 22. Review Meetings must be completed by Feb 23.

Our Benefits Provider has Changed

Effective Jan 1, 2024, our Beneva group benefits plan is now active. Please review the Beneva Welcome Letter and follow the detailed instructions for your account setup. An (optional) orientation session is scheduled for Jan 19th.

Attend the Next Member Networking Event

Staff are encouraged to attend the next Member Networking Event on Tuesday January 23rd, 2024 from 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. at The Chelsea Hotel.

Certifications & Badges Now Live 

The AccessNow, Eco-friendly, and 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusive certifications and badges are live on business listing pages on DT.com, audited, validated or verified by impartial third-party organizations. Staff can add and include these amenities in CRM searches.

PCMA Convening Leaders 2024

DT sales and marketing team members are attending PCMA’s Convening Leaders, Jan 7-10 in San Diego. Key activities include: trade show participation, hosted buyer appointments, education sessions and a DT “Remixer” (client event).

NHL All Star FAM & Event 

DT’s sales and media teams have partnered to co-host a client and media FAM centred around the NHL All Star Weekend (Feb 1-4), leveraging this high profile event to create a unique networking and editorial opportunity.

Save the Date: Spring Briefing

DT’s Spring Briefing will take place on Monday, Mar 25 at the Arcadian Loft at 2 p.m. DT team member (in-person) attendance is mandatory. More details will be announced closer to the date.

Call for RRR Volunteers!

Since 2008, DT has arranged over 600 Relax, Recharge, Renew respite weekend packages for parents of kids with special needs. We need a team of 9 staff to volunteer 2-3h per quarter to make the program a success, please reach out to Annie Ewing to learn more.

Prepare for Annual Performance Reviews

Our annual Performance Review cycle began on January 2, 2024 in Culture Amp; the steps of the cycle are: 

• Employee Self-Reflections to be completed by January 22
• Manager Reviews are to be completed in Culture Amp by February 19
• Performance Review Meeting to be completed by February 23: After your manager has submitted their review in Culture Amp, a performance appraisal meeting can be set up.

Next Steps in the cycle: 

• Annual Goal Setting to be completed by February 1-29
• 2024 Quarterly 1-on-1s with your leader will be due in Culture Amp May 15, August 15 & November 15

Monique will be holding a drop-in Q &A session related to Culture Amp and our Performance Management process on January 19 at 1:30 p.m.
