NEW PARTIAL VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR MEXICAN NATIONALS

In line with our tourism partners across the country, we share concerns about the Federal government’s new partial visa requirement for Mexican Nationals. Mexican tourists play a vital role in Toronto’s economy, with 93,000 visitors in 2023, making Mexico the only international source to exceed 2019 visitation. We are consulting with our industry partners and engaging with customers in Mexico to assess the impact and will share information as it becomes available.
