82 RESTAURANTS IN THE SECOND EDITION OF THE TORONTO MICHELIN GUIDE

Last night the second edition of the MICHELIN Guide Toronto was announced with 82 total restaurants in the esteemed guide including 2 Green Stars, 1 Two Star, 14 One Stars, 21 Bib Gourmands, 28 cuisine types and 4 special awards.

YEAR ONE FOR THREE RESTAURANTS IN THE MICHELIN GUIDE TORONTO

NATIONAL DAY FOR TRUTH AND RECONCILIATION

September 30 is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, a day of reflection of the harm that residential schools have caused to Indigenous families and communities. Support for Indigenous Peoples is required year-round. As we invite the world to experience and celebrate the many diverse stories of Toronto, we are committed to creating space for Indigenous People to share their stories, amplifying these stories with visitors, and always striving to learn more.

DESTINATION CANADA AND ITAC SECURE $100,000 TO BOOST INDIGENOUS TOURISM IN CANADA

The Indigenous Tourism Association of Canada (ITAC) and Destination Canada have announced they have secured a significant $100,000 USD investment from Expedia Group to help boost Indigenous tourism across Canada. Expedia Group’s contribution marks a major boost into ITAC’s newly established Indigenous Tourism Destination Fund (ITDF).
